Alpha Metalcraft Group has named Josh Pouliot the plant manager of Connecticut Coining, and will lead all aspects of the deep draw business.

Connecticut Coining is one of the business units of Alpha Metalcraft Group (AMG), which consists of manufacturing businesses that provide mission critical components for aerospace, defense and medical markets. Its business units also include GAR Electroforming and Gasser.

Before joining AMG, Pouliot served as the Business Unit Manager at one of Paradigm Precision’s Connecticut facilities for four years. Paradigm Precision is a global independent provider of complex machining, fabrications, and assemblies, primarily used in the aerospace industry.

“Josh’s versatile background will be an asset for AMG in his role as Plant Manager for Connecticut Coining,” said Kris Mortimer, General Manager of AMG. “He will be an important player in ensuring quality, efficiency and timely delivery to our customers.”

Pouliot spent nearly ten years at PTI Industries as the Bonding and Dry Film Divisions’ Production Supervisor. He also worked at Piper Aircraft and has been employed in the aerospace industry since 2004. He is a resident of Connecticut and attended Central Connecticut State University.
