The FAA, wanting to better assist in the public review and comment process for notices of proposed rulemaking (NPRMs), is providing background information and supporting documents for new NPRMs. The example given here regards an airworthiness directive involving Leonardo S.p.A. Models AB139 and AW139 helicopters.
