Aircore Aviation of London, England, is a global aviation solutions provider focused on asset management services. The company assists aircraft owners, airlines, lessors, financiers, and investors in growing and managing their assets.
For more than 20 years, Aircore has worked with many of the world’s leading aviation consultancies, airlines, and lessors, developing a blend of technical, commercial, and valuation services for both the helicopter and fixed-wing sectors. Aircore is experienced in both civilian and military helicopters, from light single-engine pistons and turbines to super-heavy and specialized heavy-lift aircraft.
Aircraft Asset Management
Aircore’s primary focus is aircraft asset management. In this area, the company operates a dedicated asset management team supported by a technical team experienced in lease management, remarketing and delivering/redelivering aircraft, helicopters, business jets, and engines.
Through strategic partnerships, Aircore provides specialist aircraft and engine life-cycle management solutions. With the understanding that helicopter and engine owners must work with multiple suppliers throughout the active life of their assets, the company’s program allows aircraft owners to work with Aircore to manage all these services, from new delivery to asset disposal.
In 2020, Aircore launched ATOM, a tiered helicopter and engine management program that lets customers customize the program to their own requirements. The monthly management program monitors utilization and cash flow while overseeing technical database management, airworthiness, engine performance, and shop-visit forecast planning and management.
Other Services
In addition to aircraft asset management, Aircore provides a suite of services that includes valuations, inspections, aircraft tear-down, aircraft transaction support, aviation finance and leasing, and individualized consultations on market insight, growth strategies, business plans, and other business concerns.
The company’s valuations and inspections are done by appraisers accredited by the American Society of Appraisers and by experienced maintenance engineers. Aircore’s aircraft tear-down program, managed in Europe and the United States, provides multiple services, including removal, repair, tagging, and certification as well as storage and sales of components. The company’s aircraft transaction support includes investment evaluations as well as full asset acquisition support to closing and post-closing management.
Partnerships enable Aircore to offer innovative ways to finance aviation assets and provide leasing solutions for helicopter investors, operators, and owners. Similarly, its business consulting services provide insights into aviation sector operations with support in setting up operators, MRO (maintenance, repair, and overhaul) shops, and training facilities. The company has also assisted operators with business plans, restructuring, growth strategies, auditing, and benchmarking.
