Costa Mesa, California–based Enforcement Aviation Services (EAS) is a family-run Part 145 certified repair station with 45 years of experience serving the airborne law enforcement, private owner, and commercial aviation markets. The company was founded in 1978 by David Marquez, who continues to oversee operations as CEO.

Airborne Law Enforcement Services
EAS serves a large customer base of law enforcement and parapublic agencies around Southern California and beyond, with services ranging from regular MRO support to upgrades, including everything from digital instrument panels to complete law enforcement packages.

The company offers custom-designed equipment integration, with typical services including tactical radio communication systems; night-vision goggles (NVG) capabilities; searchlight with slaving systems; camera, FLIR, and mapping systems; video recorders; public address systems; satellite phones; vibration hard-wire/track-and-balance kits; and downlink systems. The company’s MRO services include major repairs and inspections, complete maintenance support packages, rebuilds and refurbishments, new-aircraft completions with custom interiors and paint, and repair of aluminum and composite structures corresponding with factory-authorized repair procedures, which can be done in the client’s hangar for added convenience. EAS also provides field support and repair services, making its specialized maintenance teams available anywhere, any time.

EAS maintains a wide range of aircraft and engine systems from OEMs including AgustaWestland, Airbus, Bell, Cessna, MD Helicopters, Pratt & Whitney, Robinson Helicopter Co., Rolls-Royce, and Turbomeca. The company also occasionally offers aircraft for sale or lease.
