International supplier of aircraft parts and asset-management solutions supports both rotary- and fixed-wing platforms.

Based in Holtsville, New York, with offices elsewhere in North America, Europe, and Asia, Vantage Air Support is a parts and strategic supply-chain solutions provider for aircraft operators, MRO (maintenance, repair, and overhaul) shops, and OEMs.

The company maintains $40 million worth of parts in stock and $150 million in managed materials in order to immediately support customer demands. Vantage’s website offers a comprehensive listing of parts in stock, including how many of each is available and their condition.

Maintenance Parts and Services
Vantage was founded in 2008 with two core values: delivering quality products and providing exceptional services at a fair price. The supplier focuses on hiring experienced and knowledgeable team members to treat every customer with a personalized touch. In turn, the company’s quality management processes emphasize continuous improvement, with the aim of providing cost-saving alternatives and shortened lead times for customers.

Vantage offers many types of maintenance-related services and parts, including rotables, expendables, Airbus standard parts, connector products, avionics and electronics components, and tooling solutions. For the helicopter industry, Vantage stocks a vast inventory of parts for Airbus, Bell, Boeing/Columbia CH-47, Leonardo, Lynx, NHI, and Sikorsky aircraft.

The company also provides a full line of MIL-SPEC (US military standard) and commercial-grade connector products for its operator and MRO customers. Its network of manufacturers and authorized channels distributes to customers components including electromechanical, semiconductor, sensor, passive, connector, and wire-and-cable products.

Inventory-Management Software
Vantage developed its proprietary software AIIRSconnect to deliver customized inventory and material-surplus solutions to operators, MRO shops, and OEMs. AIIRSconnect centers on Vantage’s strong customer network. By leveraging its long-standing relationships with operators, MROs, OEMs, and teardown specialists, the company can often provide customers with access to spares not yet available through online services.

AIIRSconnect is a fully customizable system that can generate alerts and notifications, track and measure AOG (aircraft on ground) history, and forecast exchange and replenishment needs. Ultimately, the program is designed to help customers flying current platforms to save money and keep soon-to-be-retired platforms operating, as well as provide MROs with competitive prices.

AIIRSconnect can also be used to manage assets, strategically targeting end users and giving surplus partners a high rate of return on inventory investments.
