Helifab, headquartered in Broussard, Louisiana, has received FAA approval for increased maximum weight of its utility litter in its Bell 206L series and 407 EMS interior STC. The utility litter allows for transportation of neonatal isolettes and other medical equipment up to a maximum certificated weight of 240Lb.
