Former HAI Aerial Firefighting Safety Conference expands to include UPAC sector.
Registration is now open for the 2022 HAI Aerial Work Safety Conference, which will be held Nov. 16–17 in Boise, Idaho. The successor to HAI’s popular Aerial Firefighting Safety Conference, the Aerial Work Safety Conference will cover not only firefighting operations but also the utilities, patrol, and construction (UPAC) sectors.
The two-day event will include, on Day 1, safety and informational sessions as well as breakout sessions on utilities, restricted category aircraft, and aerial firefighting. Day 2 will feature safety sessions, and both days will offer opportunities for networking.
The conference will take place at Boise Centre West, conveniently located downtown within walking distance of hotels and restaurants.
Registration for the event, which includes breakfast and lunch, is $50 for HAI members and $150 for nonmembers registering before Oct. 3.
