It is with great sadness that the Eastern Region Helicopter Council announces that our long-time friend and colleague, Paul Larsen, has passed away. Paul had a long and distinguished career as a helicopter pilot and manager at Sterling Helicopter’s Penns Landing Heliport (P72). When landing at P72, Paul could always be counted on for a friendly smile, helpful hand, and warm conversation. He was a consummate professional and a true friend to many of our fellow pilots.
Paul dedicated his career to every facet of our industry and touched the lives of many of our pilots through his warm demeanor and fellowship. Paul Larsen was an important member of our helicopter community and will truly be missed by all.
Our thoughts and prayers are with his wife Marilyn and his entire family.
